From enquiry to container delivery

  1. Enquiry. Share the product group or application, expected volume and destination.
  2. Specification and alignment. We work through the required properties, formulation or material, packaging and documentation requirements.
  3. Quotation or sample. We prepare a quotation against the agreed requirements. Samples are available for most products before an order is placed.
  4. Container delivery. Once the order is confirmed, we agree the schedule and delivery terms and issue the shipping documentation. We typically use FCA, CIF or CFR (Incoterms), as agreed for each shipment.

Documentation and delivery terms

For each delivery, Simple Industrial Technologies issues a certificate of analysis (COA), technical data sheet (TDS), safety data sheet (MSDS/SDS) and commercial invoice. Delivery terms are agreed for each shipment, typically FCA, CIF or CFR (Incoterms).
