A migration or upgrade starts with a review of the existing environment. We plan the sequence of changes, operational checks and rollback procedures, coordinating the work with your users and business processes.
We design backup arrangements around the data involved and the impact of an interruption. This includes backup monitoring, retention and recovery testing.
We also maintain computers and workstations. We review system health, logs, resource usage and connectivity. The findings support troubleshooting, maintenance planning and current operational documentation.
We can manage an existing environment, deliver a defined project or work alongside your internal team. We work on site at the client’s premises and remotely from our office. Responsibilities, communication, the scope of services and response times are agreed for each engagement.
